She launches a Global Movement “Life On Power”, a women empowerment firm empowering women globally to remain Soulfully Whole, live their lives powerfully, and create powerful legacy.
Shirley is the CEO of ShirleyK Consulting a Leadership Development company and the founder and Chief Power officer of Life On Power a women empowerment firm that also encompasses the brand “What If She Knew She Was Powerful”.
Shirley King is a certified Psychological Safety consultant, certified transformational coach and a keynote speaker.

Shirley is actively involved in several community organizations and programs that are in agreement with her passion and allow her to use her talents to be of service to other women and to empower, guide, and make them aware of their purpose, passion and realize the path they were created to walk. Several of these organizations include Disability Training and Solutions, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources South Florida Chapter; Women of Color Empowerment Institute.
Shirley is the host of the podcast "When Women Speak with ShirleyK”, available on all platforms. She is a resident speaker with the Urban League of Broward County “REDI to Lead” annual conference. She is a 2020 and 2019 Black Enterprise Women Of Power Summit speaker, she is a 2019 Lauderhill Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce Woman of Distinction Honoree, Shirley is a 2017 recipient of the South Florida based Legacy Magazine 50 Most Powerful. She has been featured on the CW Network, NBC 6 South Florida, and has contributed to various podcasts, publications, and platforms that empower women.
Shirley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and has been an influence and success in her industry. She is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Transformational Coach. Shirley's true talents and gifts lie within her heart and spirit.
Shirley's client roster with Life On Power includes; Broward County Public Schools, LexisNexis, Aero Instruments & Aviation, HR Florida, Big Ben SHRM, and additional agencies and small to medium size companies.
Shirley is sensitive about how she makes others feel and the impact she leaves on each person whether she is speaking, coaching, training, or leading. Her hope is to inspire women to take disruptive action and empower them with the tools for a life of optimal fulfillment.
